Request Account Deletion

Want to delete your Igloo account and associated data? You can delete your account directly in the Igloo app by going to Settings → Delete Account. If you’re unable to access the app, you can request account deletion by emailing admin@iglooapp.ai from the email address associated with your Igloo account. Please include your Igloo username so we can identify your account. When your account is deleted, your account and associated personal data will be deleted, subject to any information we may be required to retain for legal or security purposes.
